On the arch above the door of one of those typical Marche farmhouses where numerous families of sharecroppers once lived, you will be received by the owners, Sonia and Stefano who will help you to rediscover the beauty of nature and the old traditions of time, to help you discover characteristic places still off the beaten track of tourism.
Located between the Misa and the Esino valleys, our country house, Piagge Del Sole, was first constructed in liberty style during the first 100 years of the last century, and respects the preexistent architectural structure. It is surrounded by vineyards and fields cultivated in grain and sunflowers.
Moreover, our country house is strategically located. Famous artistic and religious places of the region, such as the capital of Ancona and its port, Loreto, Recanati, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, and Fermo to name a few, are easily accessible from where we are located. You can enjoy both the sea and the mountains at the same time: The Riviera of Conero and the beaches of Senigallia, Pesaro San Benedetto of Tronto, the mountains of Sibillini , Mount San Vicino, the mountains of Fabriano, and the Caves of Frassasi…. all this available for your enjoyment.
Our guests will enjoy an uncontaminated ambient and a truly relaxing atmosphere. In fact, the absolute tranquility and the distance from the local traffic permits children to run and play freely in the garden that surrounds the house.
We offer you 5 charming apartments, three of which have lofts and characterized with exposed wooden beams running along the wooden ceiling. Our apartments, furnished with some family heirlooms, each have a fully furnished kitchenette (gas stove top, sink, utensils, and refridgerator), a sitting room, a bathroom with shower, independent heating, air condition and television. Last but not least, the views from each apartment is spectacular and varies depending in which room you're in.
